濰坊市路通機(jī)械電子有限公司生產(chǎn)的運帶式輸送機(jī)可廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、港口、冶金、水泥等多種行業(yè)領(lǐng)域，是一種連續(xù)高效的物料輸送設(shè)備。帶式輸送機(jī)分為兩種類型：普通帶式輸送機(jī)和大傾角帶式輸送機(jī)。
我公司設(shè)計生產(chǎn)的普通帶式輸送機(jī)一般只能在傾角18°以下的坡度下輸送物料，應(yīng)用最為廣泛。大傾角運帶式輸送機(jī)**角度設(shè)計可達(dá)到38°，已實現(xiàn)應(yīng)用的角度為33°。該類帶式輸送機(jī)節(jié)能環(huán)保，輸送效率高，運行安全可靠，能為企業(yè)節(jié)省大量成本。

（2）It adopts a low-speed torque-limiting backstop or low-speed backstop, which is directly installed on the shaft extension of the transmission drum or the low-speed shaft extension of the reducer. （3）Use multiple cleaners to solve the problem of cleaning pattern belts. Ordinary cleaning devices cannot meet the requirements for the use of patterned belts. For this, we adopt a 2-level cleaner on the surface of the bearing tape. The first is a spring scraper cleaner, and the second is a roller brush cleaner. The spring scraper cleaner is used to clean the coal adhered to the surface of the tape, and the rolling brush cleaner is used to clean the coal powder on the surface of the tape and the groove. The roller brush cleaning device uses an independent motor to drive the roller brush to rotate. One unloading roller device is installed at the front and rear, and the rotation direction is opposite to the running direction of the conveyor belt, and the cleaning effect is ideal.

（3）采用多重清掃器，解決花紋帶的清掃難題。普通清掃裝置無法滿足花紋帶的使用要求，為此在承載膠帶帶面設(shè)有2級清掃器，第1級為彈簧刮板清掃器，第2級為滾刷清掃器。彈簧刮板清掃器用于清掃粘結(jié)在膠帶表面的煤，滾刷清掃器用于清掃膠帶表面及凹槽里的煤粉。滾刷清掃裝置采用獨立電動機(jī)驅(qū)動滾刷旋轉(zhuǎn)。卸載滾筒裝置前后各設(shè)置1臺，旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與輸送帶運行方向相反，清掃效果理想。
（4）使用節(jié)能托輥、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計，阻力小，壽命長，節(jié)能。
